TIM GRIGSBY
CEO
Tim Grigsby is a seasoned non-profit professional with over a decade of leadership experience. He has served as CEO of The Dallas 24 Hour Club (The 24) since 2023. Prior to assuming this role, Tim was COO, overseeing the daily operations of The 24. He specializes in program planning and evaluation, team building, financial reporting, data collection and interpretation, and developing new policies and procedures.
Tim’s career at The 24 is notable because his journey did not begin at the Executive Level but as a resident in 2012. While living at The 24, he found sobriety, a new way of life, and a future career path. During his stay, he served as a Resident Liaison and a Program Manager. Tim has over 10 years of experience working in Sober Transitional Living and uses his shared lived experience to offer a unique perspective at the management and leadership level. With the help of The 24, Tim graduated from The University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree of Applied Arts and Sciences with a specialization in Organizational Development in 2017. Tim is inspired by the residents at The 24 and works tirelessly to ensure each resident has the tools and skills necessary to rebuild their lives, one day at a time. Tim is a native Dallasite and 2001 graduate of Highland Park High School.
While not at work, Tim is an Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 861—his son Cayden’s BSA troop – and enjoys nature, disc golf, reading, exercise, and spending time with his fiancée Heather Nolan, who also volunteers at The 24.
