CJ MORGAN

Born and raised in Rahway, New Jersey, C.J. Morgan graduated from South Brunswick High School before embarking on a journey that would eventually lead him to a life of service and dedication at The 24. As a recovering addict who came through The 24, C.J.'s passion for the organization’s mission is deeply personal. Witnessing the positive impact this place has on people's lives daily has been a transformative experience for him.

C.J. chose to work at The 24 because the organization and its staff played a crucial role in saving his life. The level of care and compassion he encountered here is unparalleled, inspiring him to become part of something greater than himself. Driven by a desire to contribute positively to the world after many years of struggling, C.J. is committed to giving back and helping others find the same hope and Recovery he experienced. In addition to his work at The 24, C.J. holds various leadership positions in his Recovery groups, where he continues to support and guide others on their paths to Recovery.

Currently, C.J. lives in Dallas with his wife, Lucrecia, and their daughter, Izabella. He enjoys cooking and cherishes his role as a dad, finding joy and fulfillment in spending time with his family. His next goal is to get two fish and name them Hank and Frank.
