Tom was most recently founder and CEO of Phynd Technologies. Phynd was Tom's third software start-up that he co-founded, scaled and sold over the past 28 years. His primary focus is on technology market fit and bringing new ideas/products to market. He is currently advising several software startups on their go-to-market approach.

Tom was invited to join The 24’s Board of Directors in 2023 and serves on the Strategic Planning, Finance and Development/Communications with a focus on using technology to connect all of The 24 constituents.

He is excited to help and influence the mission of The 24.
